Location & Transport
The resort is on Lundy's Lane, 3 miles from Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill. It is accessible via the QEW (Exit 30B) and the WeGo Bus System (RED LINE). Toronto Airport and Buffalo Airport are nearby, with routes via Queenston-Lewiston, Rainbow, or Peace Bridge. Free parking is available onsite.
Guest Services
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, with waterpark access from 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, with waterpark use until 2:00 PM. The resort provides laundry facilities, a business center, and pack 'n plays for infants. Pool towels are available at the waterpark, and lockers cost $1-$2. Smoking is permitted only on balconies or walk-outs.
